A neuromodulator is not meant to quiet it. It is meant to soften what repetition has worn into it.

Neuromodulators are prescription injectables that relax specific facial muscles. When movement softens, the lines that form with expression smooth, and the ones already etched into the skin are finally given room to fade. The face reads as rested. The features stay entirely your own.
We plan conservatively, always. Dosing is mapped to your anatomy rather than to a chart, which is why two people asking for the same thing rarely leave with the same plan. Our aim is movement that still looks like you. Only quieter.
Expression lines are built over years. Squinting in the sun. Furrowing through a difficult afternoon. Lifting your brows a thousand times a week without noticing. Each contraction folds the skin in the same place, until the fold stops relaxing when the muscle does.
A neuromodulator temporarily interrupts the signal between nerve and muscle, so that muscle contracts with less force. Less pull means fewer new lines and a genuine chance for existing ones to soften.
The precision lives in the assessment. Before anything is injected, your provider studies how your face actually moves: which muscles dominate, how they balance against one another, where a small adjustment will do the most good. That study is the treatment. The injection is simply how it is delivered.
Your treatment plan is based on your anatomy, movement patterns and goals. Not every concern requires the same placement or dose.
Your consultation includes a full assessment of how your face moves and a written plan with pricing stated up front.
Neuromodulators tend to suit you if lines remain visible when your face is at rest, if you would rather prevent than correct, or if you have been told you look tired or severe on days you feel neither. They suit clenchers and grinders who want relief and refinement at once. And they are a considered first step into aesthetic medicine, because the commitment is small and the downtime is none.
They are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain neuromuscular conditions, or with an active infection at the treatment site.
They also will not solve every concern. Volume loss and skin laxity are different problems with different answers, and if that is what is troubling you, a neuromodulator alone will disappoint. We would rather tell you that at your consultation than take your money and let you discover it at week two.
We review your goals, your health history, and the way your face moves. Then we build a conservative plan and quote it clearly, before you decide anything.
A series of small injections with a very fine needle. Ten to twenty minutes, start to finish. Most clients describe it as a brief pinch and little more.
Remain upright for four hours. Skip strenuous exercise for the day. Leave the treated areas alone.
We see you again in two weeks to assess your result and refine it if needed. This visit is part of your plan, never an additional charge. Your safety and comfort come before everything.
Evidence-based protocols. Conservative planning. Have questions? We are happy to answer them.
